NATCCO FEDERATION, FCCO-CENTRAL LUZON REGIONAL LEAGUE SLATES TRAINING SCHEDULE, LAYS DOWN RULES ON REQUEST FOR GROUP, IN-HOUSE SEMINARS BY COOPERATIVES
To meet the seminars and training needs of cooperatives' officers, as required by the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) to be completed this 2012 and 2-13, the Central Luzon Regional League (CLRL) of the Philippine Federation of Credit Cooperatives (PFCCO) has issued its 2012 schedule of seminars and trainings.
The proposed training venues for these are Manatal Multipurpose Cooperative Training Hall, Bunsuran, Pandi, Bulacan; Caniogan Development and Credit Cooperative, Caniogan, City of Malolos, Bulacan; Meycauayan Audio-Visual Room, City Hall, Meycauayan City, Bulacan; or San Lorenzo Multipurpose Cooperative Building, Poblacion, Balagtas, Bulacan.
In lieu of these set seminars, PFCCO-CLRL said it will also accept requests from primary cooperatives for a group, in-house training/seminars to be held in the cooperatives' office or place of choice, subject to available dates and to CLRL's conditions.
Under this set-up, the food, venue, and reproduction of seminar materials will be shouldered by the host cooperative, including the speakers' honorarium and transportation costs; as well as the payment of a royalty fee to CLRL, to cover the costs of seminar certificates and other training-related expenses, according to CLRL.
The seminar/training topics, dates, speakers, venues and fees are:
COOPERATIVE MANAGEMENT AND GOVERNANCE
A 28-hour course required to be attended by the cooperative's General Manager/CEO, and members of the Board of Directors, this is scheduled to be held at Manatal Multipurpose Cooperative on:
January 24, 25, 26 (at Hall of Fame, CLRL); February 22, 23, 24; March 22, 23, 24; April 5,6,7; May 24, 25, 26; and June 28, 29, 30, all at Manatal Multipurpose Cooperative.
Confirmed trainor is Enan L. Palabyab.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Also a 28-hour course for members of the Board of Directors and the Treasurer, this scheduled on February 15, 15, 17 at Manatal Multipurpose Cooperative, with Ms. Mildred S. Esguerra, as trainor.
CONFLICT MANAGEMENT
To be attended by members of the Board of Directors; Ethics Committee; Mediation and Conciliation Committee, this 16-hour seminar is scheduled on February 11, 18, 25. Trainor is Atty. Norie Hernandez.
PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE
To be conducted by Mildred S. Esguerra, as trainor, this 16-hour course for the members of the Board of Directors, and Secretary, is scheduled on March 20-21.
